Returns and Exchanges

How do I return my purchase?

We are happy to offer a 30 day return policy which means that within the first 30 days from when you receive your order you have the right to return partial or full order within 30 days.

Since returns have a large environmental impact in terms of CO2 emissions we charge a return fee to reduce the number of unnecessary purchases and returns. At the time of refund of an approved return we deduct 5 EUR for the return cost.

Email us at Info@mayamul.com to register your return. Please provide necessary info:

- Order confirmation number

- Article(s) you wish to return

- Reason for return

Our Customer Service team will provide you with the return label. Ensure you pack it well, preferrably in its original packing. The products should be unused.

All done! Once we receive your return to our warehouse and it is approved after inspection, we will process your refund in the same form as original payment.

How do I make an exchange?

Return your item you wish to exchange by following the same steps described under "How do I return my purchase".

Once you receive your refund you are more than welcome to make a new order.

Claims

If you receive a defect product or if your product breaks from use due to production issues, Mayamul's got your back.

As a consumer, you is expected to file your claim within reasonable time of defect, reasonable time being within 2 months.

If you wish to file a claim, please contact our Customer Service at Info@mayamul.com, providing below info:

- E-mail adress used for order

- Order number

- Customer Name

- Product name

- Attach photos of defect product

Deliveries and Orders

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will be sent a delivery confirmation by email with tracking info. Make sure you check your spam inbox as sometimes it ends up there. If you have not received an email confirmation please contact us at Info@mayamul.com and our Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist you!

My order is not correct, what do I do?

If you are missing a product or if something is wrong with your order, please contact us at Info@mayamul.com with the following information:

- Email which you registered at time of order

- Order Number

- Customer Name

- Name of product which is missing and/or product name with error

I have not received a order confirmation, what do I do?

If you placed an order and did not receive an order confirmation we kindly ask you to firstly check your spam inbox as sometimes it goes there. If you are still missing the order confirmation email we ask you to contact us at Info@mayamul.com with the following information:

- Email which you registered at time of order

- Customer name

- Information that you have not received an order confirmation

Where are the products made?

All our jewelry are handrafted in our workshop in Monterrey, Mexico. Only using the finest materials and attention to detail.

But where do you ship from if your products are made in Mexico?

All our products are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

How are they made?

100% handmade from start to finish as we highly value quality and long lasting jewelry and accessories that will be a part of you and your personal style for a long long time.
